Get a Car Loan after Filing Bankruptcy
- Applicant Criteria
- Minimum income of $18,000 / year, or $1,500 / month, or $8.75 per hour.
- Open or discharged bankruptcies, no dismissed bankruptcies.
- No multiple bankruptcies, limit one per person.
- For open bankruptcy:
- Chpt 7: People that have completed the initial meeting of the creditors (341 meeting).
- Chpt 13: Before applying make sure you can get an Authorization to Indur Debt from the trustee.
